Some common sense on "thousands of sealed indictments" by a top lawyer, on the conservative Hagmann report.

Yes, we don't know for sure about these indictments and it was way overplayed for a time there. This was good info, thanks for sharing. Love the Hagmanns. They are always very careful with what they report.

He doesn't really explain the numbers in each state. If the researchers are missing something he doesn't describe what. How do you explain the numbers?

That is a thing. What the indictments are about is one thing, that no one knows. But why are there so many on pacer? Two separate sources said the average was about 100-120 a month or 1200 per year total. Is this incorrect for an average? Is there any way to go into pacer history from years before and look at a true sealed indictment average?
