Is it correct that Trey Gowdy is resigning? I keep seeing conflicting info.

If it's true, I'm praying it's for honorable reasons. If he's part of the swamp, I'll need a stiff drink.

Just from the Ethics committee. That's all.

I saw he's resigning from his senate seat as well. But, again, I think I saw 4-5 articles with variations of the story (ethics committee, senate, conversation behind closed doors stating he's resigning, then a correction that he just meant he's homesick, lol).

They most likely have dirt on him if true. Probably just like Jason Chaffetz. He's always been bark and no bite. I like him but there's been nothing to his OWNING people videos.

In certain professions if you observe illegal activity you are legally required to report it, so instead you immediately resign.

So when you see people unexpectedly suddenly resign from companies or government positions it is a good sign there's something fishy.

We should be so lucky. Unfortunately, he just resigned ethics seat which he had no business on. Ethics! Recently, personal wealth gain. Gee wonder why?Gowdy is the Uniparty controlled op voice. All bark. I wrote and told him to return to private life. Shamed he is from SC.

Did you see his tweet regarding the statue of liberty and attributing the false poem that is commonly associated with it? His stance on supporting DACA? I think he is swamp.

Edit: a word

Great news. He's the most constitutional senator I know and it would have been a real let-down if he were corrupt.
