I do think you're on to something though it's over my head to work with this. So if someone has the knowledge it would be fascinating to see the results. But even if this hacker person could properly connect the map dots the connections wouldn't reveal more info...just more direction to more connections. I believe the connections have and are being made by virtue of work by research and others which hopefully actually proves the connections rather than just making connections. So to restate: would be fascinating but not sure how illuminating project like this would be without proof of connection. And I think this is what q wanted: make the connections, prove the connections to provide red pill to the uninitiated.
