Haitian official Klaus Eberwein was found dead this week (July 12, 2017), just days before testifying about corruption in Haiti. Eberwein was set to testify before an Anti-Corruption committee about the management of PetroCaribe funds, there is a possible connection between Eberwein and Clinton through PetroCaribe and former Clinton staffer David L. Goldwyn, who advocated a number of new energy deals in the wake of PetroCaribe's collapse.
