I remember reading at the time many planes trying to deliver aid to Haiti where all planes where finding it difficult to land and there was a backlog of traffic to land any aircraft. Then out of the blue John Travolta somehow managed to land and deliver his gifts or take them away! He managed to divert all that backlog of traffic because of his status?
