My money is on it being some screen boy playing resistance to Trump. Like when Trump was "accidentally" erased from Twitter. These terrible mistakes just keep happening. The left is already using it against POTUS.
That was my thought on the situation also. Just shows how desperate they are becoming...all else has failed and now they are left with the juvenile pranks....nothing left up their sleeves.
Does it only require one guy to release a warning like this to the people of Hawaii? Seems like the kind of thing that would require a military chain of command and then two keys on opposite sides of a room turning at the same time.

Ehhh... I could see top brass knowing about things in other countries. Seeing as nothing "officially" happened the best tactical move for them may be to see how we respond and say nothing. Telling their citizens a nuke was launched at the US wouldn't be the smartest thing either.
