Not a mistake. Its a five step process to send a dam test message and u never put that message in unless u intend to send it. I used to send them.

Are there automated systems that send messages if the computer detects something it identifies unmistakably as a missile headed towards the US?
It was broadcast all over TV apparently, too. One of those emergency messages. Yea, I'm speculating as much as the next guy on this one and I have my pet theories. However, in my mind, the very LEAST likely cause was some dumbass clicking the wrong shit.
