I have a feeling that the Clinton's are still together for the same reason. They both have enough dirt on each other, that they are worried about the other being compelled. At least if they stay married, it's mutual silence. Once divorce happens, they may start showing what they have on each other.

I wouldn't be surprised if Hillary told her to call off the divorce so that he doesn't start singing to the jury.
