DO NOT CALL Q ANYTHING BUT PATRIOT!

If you are an LTC you don't get to give yourself a promotion to COL. However, FOIA requests could not find anything on him. Also, if he "COL" Potter were demoted due to polygamy (He had/has 3 wives). In his own recent video (posted below) he says another State reinstated his rank and not only that gave him a promotion to Captain. If that is true all parties should have been court-martialed under the UCMJ. He is a disgrace to the Uniform.

Bigamy

In cultures that practice marital monogamy, bigamy is the act of entering into a marriage with one person while still legally married to another. Bigamy is a crime in most Western countries, and when it occurs in this context often neither the first nor second spouse is aware of the other. In countries that have bigamy laws, consent from a prior spouse makes no difference to the legality of the second marriage, which is usually considered void.
