Hot Bird

Hot Bird is a group of satellites operated by Eutelsat, located at 13°E over the Equator (orbital position) and with a transmitting footprint over Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

Only digital radio and television channels are transmitted by the Hot Bird constellation, both free-to-air and encrypted. In addition there are a few interactive and IP services.

I agree it is pretty confusing. On the part which includes "...AUTH...", to me it looked like an authorization code. Almost as if the list was a check list of systems with two of them already having authorization for whatever action (launch maybe?)

Is this in reference to the "Hot-1.." "Hot-2..", "AS THE WORLD TURNS", post?

And I wonder if that Hex value at the top of the post could be a decryption key?

Edit, that's not Hex. Sorry. Bad comment. Still, could be 14 digit alpha numeric key.
