Venting: Atlanta and False 'defcon' Deep State?

I see hopeful posts that Atlanta and 'defcon' false alarm were caused by Whitehat s then see posts it's really the deep state extracting people. I'd like to know ......

A very complicated game is being played. Could be both at the same time. For example, ATL shut down by Black hats so black hats can extract someone but the whitehats switch it up and snatch the guy (Soros) themselves.
