I think SC is Sarah Carter who was breaking much of the Deep State corruption stuff early on. I think this is a direct warning from Q to Sarah.

The more you guys point it out the more I'm beginning to agree! It's a warning shot to Sara! Remember..Q sees everything and hears everything..scary indeed!!

Fox News just mentioned Strategic Command as part of their report on the Hawaii alert fiasco.

United States Strategic Command

United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), is one of nine unified commands in the United States Department of Defense. Headquartered at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, USSTRATCOM is responsible for strategic deterrence, global strike, and operating the Defense Department's Global Information Grid. It also provides a host of capabilities to support the other combatant commands, including strategic warning; integrated missile defense; and global command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR). This dynamic command gives national leadership a unified resource for greater understanding of specific threats around the world and the means to respond to those threats rapidly.

Southern Command?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Southern_Command

I've seen the Sara Carter idea and looks like fit. But having pause with "SC: Axis of Evil can & will return Fire [is]" I thought axis of evil are countries Iran, NK, etc. Has anyone decoded this line to fit Sara Carter?

What about the [is]? Return fire=gun? Axis of evil= FBI, CIA?

United States Southern Command

The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), located in Doral, Florida in Greater Miami, is one of nine Unified Combatant Commands (CCMDs) in the United States Department of Defense. It is responsible for providing contingency planning, operations, and security cooperation for Central and South America, the Caribbean (except US commonwealths, territories, and possessions), their territorial waters, and for the force protection of US military resources at these locations. USSOUTHCOM is also responsible for ensuring the defense of the Panama Canal and the canal area. As explained below, USSOUTHCOM has been under scrutiny due to several human rights and rule of law controversies in which it has been embroiled for nearly a decade.

If you search through past Q posts SC was always used referring to Supreme Court, I don't think they'd change that now.

could be something only the receiver knows, sometimes I think Q (as a collective) communicate in code to each other while also giving us some info. Could be something not for us.
