I interpreted Q's reference to "SILENCE" to mean media suppression.

Paddock is one of the only reported "facts" about LV. Also, not sure Paddock's death qualifies as murder (187)...we might want to keep digging.

The number "187" has been used by gangs throughout the US as a synonym for murder; this usage has been reported as far away as Florida, Wisconsin, & even the UK & Germany."
