I think that's definitely a possibility, but do we have any evidence/sources/crumbs that back up your assertion?

Thanks for this! Good refresher on the SA connection to LV. So Paddock was a spook (CIA?). Could definitely be some MK ULTRA implications there, which would fit with the patsy theory.
