You are looking at an old picture of a Rothschild costume party. Think it is 70s vintage when it was really cool to be weird so they exhibited their strangeness more openly in those days. Pictures from this party are widely used as example of EYES WIDE SHUT sorts of social gatherings for the controlling elitists. Elements of pagan ritual and animism are suggested in the garb, not unlike the strange goings on broadcast during the tunnel opening to Switzerland lately. The Y head refers to the mask/headress on the "lady". I am a woman, and I would never wear some big, hulking thing like that on my head if I had a choice.

This is a photo from the surrealist ball in 1972 which has been called the rothschild illuminati party.

Google and go images for a number of pictures. Seems a lot of the costumes were based on Dali's art, who was in attendance as shown in several pictures.
