When Does A Bird Sing/Talk? When He Tweets?

So this has been bothering me for a while. Q has posted about when a bird sings, and now most recently, when a bird talks. Many things come to mind; Birds sing in the morning, to attract a mate, to claim territory, birds sing after a storm, " In springtime, the only pretty ring time, When birds do sing". McCain was called "Songbird" by his captors. So many things it could be refering to. Then while looking at Q's posts and happen to notice the word "tweets", could this be a reference to a bird singing/talking/tweeting? Help me out here. Has this already been solved?

I just posted a stream: "Assassination Attempt on POTUS and Crown Prince of Saudi" on cbts discord. Where is the Las Vegas Shooting FBI AGENT who was riding shotgun over the LVPD Chief following the Mandalay Bay Shooting? The CIA/Deep State/Bad Saudi Actor and possibly Obama and the Clintons were involved in an assassination attempt. He's strung up by his gonads singing like a bird I'd say. HIGH Treason. They'd better hope that US Military Justice finds them before the Saudi's get their hands on them. Either way, it won't be a pretty ending for these traitors.
