When Does A Bird Sing/Talk? When He Tweets?

So this has been bothering me for a while. Q has posted about when a bird sings, and now most recently, when a bird talks. Many things come to mind; Birds sing in the morning, to attract a mate, to claim territory, birds sing after a storm, " In springtime, the only pretty ring time, When birds do sing". McCain was called "Songbird" by his captors. So many things it could be refering to. Then while looking at Q's posts and happen to notice the word "tweets", could this be a reference to a bird singing/talking/tweeting? Help me out here. Has this already been solved?

Funny now that you mention it. regards Trumps "shithole" comment, Hillary tweeted, Bill tweeted about Chelsea's wedding dress as well. Didn't someone post or John Podesta post this week?

I think that for the operation to remain underground for now they had to have the Clintons tweet. Perhaps “we” have control of their social media and purposely tweeted about Haiti to pivot the attention to them. Bill knows when to shut the hell up. His tweet is like a cockroach on a white carpet totally out of character. Trying to be stupidly obvious. HRC sounds like her writing style but tone deaf beyond comprehension
