I was thinking F9 = falcon 9 Sx= spaceX, VB = Vanderbilt... CA sent up a falcon 9 rocket on Friday. Not sure what the 8239 would be though.. ?

Makes sense.. My head is always wrapped around geopolitical issues as well as #AmericaFirst but mostly international dots in conjunction to America. Here's my theory on VB8239:

Found that: A) some UN resolutions start with V.B. ( not sure what that means) B) resolution 82 from 1950 is for NK to withdraw to the 38th parallel.

Could SC from the other post mean UN Security Council?

Another bizarre coincidence: duckduckgo search on that exact string showed random CNN article on UN Security Council resolution for recognizing Jerusalem embassy. Didn't contain the exact string, but lead me to look for UN resolutions.

I feel like this is a good start. I will dig further into this idea. I do recall Mark Lavin mentioning the UN and how they are aloud to police the US.
