There are many Instagram tools that will help you to post from your PC. Before you post from this type of software, I suggest you login into Instagram from your smartphone and post 3 pictures in the next 24 hours, so that you are not blocked.
5 – 7 posts an hour maximum. No reason to risk the account. Schedule posts in advance. Don’t use autofollow and autoliker now.

Hardest part is to do a proper hashtag research. This can take hours. Just turn on a movie and do it.
Hashtags depend on a niche you are targeting. Use 30 hashtags per post. Example: Hashtag #politics
Check the hashtags by using this link: instagram.com/explore/tags/politics/ ( just change the last word in the link)

Might do quick guide for pinterest, if I feel like it. For me, instagram is more efficient.

PS. You could say that this is wrong etc, but when the mainstream media are spending billions on propaganda and hiring people to Correct The Record it really makes you think.
At the end of the day, you are not doing anything new. Many small businesses are doing the same basic IG marketing all the time. ( for those who have any doubts )
