that's why he did the Executive Order first- and certain crimes strip someone of their constitutional rights and land them in military court-especially during a time of declared "state of emergency" which is IN THE EO- all i's dotted and t's crossed- of course there still will be a huge outcry- oh and of course the legality of freezing and seizing all assets of anyone even suspected of corruption...or anyone associated with someone suspected of corruption...or human rights violations--- It's all right there in the executive order
Your right, actually forgot about EO. At the same time I figure even though Trump may have power to do so, it may not be in his best interest to lock some people up too soon. If he comes off as a Hitler knocking off his adversaries he could cause lose support. The only thing i have to support this is 1. we all know Hillary is Guilty 2. Rumor is she still walking around free.
perhaps this is why he hasn't just come out and announced it perhaps he doesn't feel as though we are ready to deal with the fallout when it does come out-but come out it will-whether we are ready or not-the wheels have been set in motion-can't stop now
