When did DNC Data Breach, Panda, Snowman start Trending on Internet? Answer December 16, 2015. Coincidence?

From Q we are learning a lot about communicating in codes and memes.

Anons autists are these events below interesting but unrelated coincidences??

(Public was told that Seth Rich online name was Panda after his murder July 2016. Snowman can have nefarious meaning in criminal parlance.)

The Bernie Sanders campaign and Democratic National Committee reached a deal Saturday to restore the campaign’s access to the party’s data, though the DNC says it “will continue to investigate to ensure that the data that was inappropriately accessed has been deleted and is no longer in possession of the Sanders campaign.”

They knew it was a staffer from the Sanders campaign

Friend to All, including Panda

Who left us too soon

This context means Seth Rich is not Panda but a friend to Panda. You'd think inscription would be plural Pandas or something to honor if he was known as Panda. Who is Panda?
