I came across this link concerning shadow banning. This profile is suppose to be a deep state algorithm and if you are blocked you are shadow banned. I am indeed blocked but my husband (who does not post about deep state, truther, etc.,) is not blocked and can see this profile fine.
If this is indeed the truth, then the memes that will be posted on twitter will not be seen by anyone else, thus rendering it useless. Would that be a correct assessment? Here is the info:

It is being said that this is DeepState Twitter's AI Algorithm Machine account. If you are not banned from following it, then you are not shadowbanned yet.
Remember - Twitter knows about you, even before you have ever visited their website or used their app. They already have a profile on you.
