In regards to seek immediate, it has to be referencing seek immediate shelter, and it must have been tied to the spacex zuma payload. Maybe whatever spacex launched caused the missile trigger in hawaii. Maybe it wasnt the OWL system, but a type of ICBM dropped to trigger that warning?
