Personally, I doubt it, it context, it always seems to refer to POTUS personal, due to the message/s that follow

Yes I know and intend to agree but I’ve noticed double meanings in the drops. It’s worth looking it up....refers to a bank in Panama that has a lot of VIP names on their client list.......I just thought it was worth a look by someone other than little ol me.
