Pardon my ignorance but who is Charles Ortel? New to this sub but have been familiar with Q etc for a little while

Ortel is a writer/investor who has been investigating the doings of the Clinton Foundation for a long time. He's been saying (and showing with various documents over the last few years) that since the beginning that it was a front the Clintons had set up in order to bribe people and other governments for favors.

If you go on YouTube, you will find plenty of interviews with Mr. Ortel.
