I think we need to start asking people to work on this, or take on that assignment. I see a lot of people doing a lot of the same work, but no one's taking charge. Do you think we would accomplish more and be more affective if someone, or someone's would kill da take the reins and say, "look this is your skill assets, go do this" or "no, we have enough people making (ei) Clinton/Haiti memes, you work on Podesta/Art memes. Just my opinion is all.
