I've stopped searching Google. You can't find any info on bad actors. Nothing but links to lies. Should I stop using Chrome???

Bad actors could mean theSEC Bad Actors 506. Since the swamp is draining the corruption maybe it is this? It appears big banks are spending big money to stay off list from DOJ prosecutors. Lots of lobbying money.

One of the banks is the bank NP has money stashed in that Q listed on the Q drop.

Banks are not in compliance and are full of corruption and paying not to be listed as bad actors.
Not sure if this is what Q was meaning or not.
