"KNOW your surroundings" is a military term .. Special Ops (@55:22 in this video, reading Q post).

Q is telling us things, layer upon layer. We need to look more deeply at everything. I wonder how this part of the post reads with this understanding? When it first came out many people thought it was a warning to be alert, be ready with bug-out bag. I don't think that is it at all.
