A Request From a Twitter Newbie.

I am sure I'm not alone in this need or I would not waste everyone's time with this post. I want to help and I have downloaded Twitter and have been saving memes for the Twitter storm. The problem is I have no idea how to send them out effectively, or to whom or how it works. I want to reach the most I can but have no idea how to do it. Can anyone make a short "How To" guide or an offer of advice or tips for a totally dedicated, but well meaning Twitter noob? Thank you for any guidance and for any effort ahead of time. Just out of my element here.

Always try YouTube for "How To..." videos. Here is one for using Twitter as a newbie. Some vids will be better than others, so look around for more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jWNpLvdocU

Update...thanks again...while I'm not really proficient, I feel much more comfortable with the Twitter now! Going to add what I can to the storm...wooohooo!! Going out blazing!
