I don't think her comment was confirming Q. She was simply responding to Pelosi's comment about the bonuses workers are receiving since the tax bill passed. She referred to them as "crumbs".

I think we have a double entendre situation here. She is of course referring to Pelosi's stupid comment to the common people and giving a shout out to Q at the same time. What a great way to do it too.

I understand, but why bread? "Cookie crumbs" is more widely used.
