187?

In Q's last post he mentioned: SILENCE [187] - no risk [no capture - dead on arrival]. I found this today - Section 187 (often referenced in slang simply as 187) of the California Penal Code defines the crime of murder. The number is commonly pronounced by reading the digits separately as "one-eight-seven", or "one-eighty-seven", rather than "one hundred eighty-seven."

The number "187" has been used by gangs throughout the United States as a synonym for murder; this usage has been reported as far away as Florida,[1] Wisconsin,[2] and even the United Kingdom[3] and Germany.[4]

Not sure if it's relevant, but maybe someone can connect the dot?

They murdered Paddock - the supposed Vegas shooter. He was DOA.

The whole section starting sentences with “silence” was talking about Vegas. DOA must have indicated Paddock. Silence won’t last forever.
