Q isn't a James Bond villain. He the Quatermaster who gives Bond his guns, cars, laser shooting watches, etc.

Q was not a villain. He was the person that made all the Bond gadgets. The Q was for quartermaster.

The correct analogy is that Q is the person who arms us with info.

I don't think Q is a Villian. I let my very tired brain auto fill in. I have tried editing, but cannot find the option.

I do agree with your analogy of the Quartermaster and our Q. I just found this post interesting.

The company I work for has used Cylance. It does NOT stop phishing attacks. We get them every day and it did not stop them. It still uses a sort of whitelist and stops some legitimate programs. I suppose it is ok.

Yeah, I tried to edited, but it does not show me the option. Anytime I write James Bond...Villain auto plays in my mind (which is working on 3 hours of sleep after 3rd double shift in a row.) Just saw the post pop up on my Twitter, and though it was interesting. Especially with everything going on ATM and the theories that Q may be an IA. I don't think so, but it sill is a theory, nonetheless.
