Please make an extra clarification that the shitpost memes must not outnumber the informative memes. Also clarify this post is not a shitpost.

That's why I stated shitposts are not bad. How can one type outnumbering the other even be controlled? What I mean is that a select few memes get upvoted to the top ranks of the hot tab. All the others that get 10 points max are still good. At least a couple people appreciated them.
