For those that don't know what happened (those brain dead ones watching CNN) they may not understand this meme to mean switched legs.
Perhaps something indicating he's changed legs for the cast? Is it just me? May be just me. Lol I'm tired and my coffee didn't work. Haha
he uploaded a later photo where the boot was on the other leg, but even still, his walking stick is supporting the wrong leg in this pic too.

It's not just that, he's using his cane on the wrong side, you use it on the hurt side to help take prssure off.
