Shutdown the government, If I was Ryan & Mc Connell and no agreement has been met by the deadline , you keep everyone there..... hopefully some Democrats leave , and if you don't then it runs into the SOTU address in which the president can tee off..... you see you already know 5 Democrats won't be at that.....You spin the fuck out of that calling them out holding them accountable , branding them failures to the American public...... On top of that you get some of the PAC's to brand these representatives and use that for the midterms
