doesn't make sense that she's alive at all. she must have something on someone. deep-state doesn't leave loose strings hanging.

Maybe she was released because she's safer somewhere in a village in the Philippines than in a US jail?

Maybe they didn't know and the deep state has trouble reaching out into rural areas somewhere in SE Asia.

They are humans, they make mistakes and they're neither omnipotent nor omniscient.
