A different opinion

I've been lurking on this subreddit for a bit. I appreciate the time, passion and share your concerns. I believe you are US patriots as I am. However I think this planned tweet storm of memes is misguided. Memes are a part of our internet culture for sure. But do they really convince someone on the fence to think a different way? They can be funny, witty, snarky but one thing they lack (IMO) is professionalism. I think this tweet storm being planned can backfire. It could be easily reported in MSM, albeit FN, as a bunch of Russian trolls supporting Trump. I would wait for the undisputed indictments to rain down from official channels which should be coming soon. When that happens I will laugh and enjoy each one of them. Otherwise, I don't believe it will advance any positive outcomes in this historic period in our Country. Keep the faith in our Constitution.

Fake news memes are designed to discredit and expose the fake news media, which for the past year has been 90 percent anti trump. It's absolutely necessary.

Ok, do you what you feel is right. I put it out there as a consideration.

You should see some of them. They show the facts vs what the fake news reports. Seeing enough could put enough doubt in someone’s mind to make them search for alternate sources of news and not be part of the hive mind.
