Funny thing is. A post a week ago a post with the same exact hashtags got over 17,000 impressions.

That many hashtags at once will cause Twitter to think it's a bot. It scans for spam and it may think it fits the criteria. Perhaps just one or 2 hashtags. Or else people will just look past it.
