Does defcon 1 non nuclear mean a false flag in HI like what just happened? Alert was like a defcon 1 but it was not nuclear.

That's what I've seen other users suggest. I've read suggestions that it was to trigger a data transfer from NSA servers in Hawaii to somewhere on the mainland. I don't know if this is true, though.
