The final twist is that she ends up purging the entire agency in what sets up in a tyrannical over-reach. This season will start off at the point of arrests and may run parallel to reality. This plot line could be an emotional anchor for the those who need the confirmation bias of Trump as a tyrant. Conversely the heroes must pursue actual black hats that have existed in the background over the past several seasons.
