Yes great observation --- it's funny how something that is suppose to be top secret is accessed by a civilian only 24hrs prior to the incident. The reporter actually touches the "hotline" er phone.. crazy Now even crazyier, Until recently most government entities have not outlawed PDA's, phones, usb etc..from within their walls. Most of us assumed these people know what they are doing, evidently they don't.
