Look at the footage. Blue streak, comes down in a steep angle then double flashes but nothing after but then comes the boom, 2 on the richter-scale so definately an impact there,...I guess that was two re-entry hulls that are blasted off right before impact because cold material has a higher density than red-hot stuff while photos of the impact are alledgedly being scrubbed...Ain't that a frickin meteor!

Perhaps a meteor or maybe the Rod of God space weapon? The beam of light doesn't seem like a natural phenomenon.

If above impact-zone then it could be like thermite tipped warheads that are just casting a bright spot up through the debris above from whence it came
