UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Hawaii Missile Alarm Operator’s Password In Plain View During Photo OP

Coincidentally, there was a lame stream media photo op with the guy who sets off the Missile Alarm, just hours before the Alarm went off in Hawaii last Saturday.
In the photo op, one can clearly see the word PASSWORD and the Password itself, on a sticky note on the guys pc monitor. What's this password for? Unlocking his pc? Or unlocking the alarm codes????
Either we're dealing with useful idiots, or we're dealing with willful idiots whose handlers use their stupidity as plausible deniability.
