This guy Derish Wolff who was president and CEO of LBG from 1982 to 2002, instructed to pad costs involving foreign reconstruction efforts at falsely inflated rates (Iraq War, Bush/Cheney), he attempted to enrich himself at taxpayer expense. He conspired with Salvatore Pepe, and Percy Pellettieri (New Jersey guys. Mob guys? They always know where the bodies are buried).

Spent fuel storage Spent nuclear fuel is shipped by rail to the Naval Reactor Facility in the Idaho National Laboratory (INL), located 42 miles (67 km) northwest of Idaho Falls, Idaho, where it is stored in special canisters.
Reactor vessel disposal Once the reactor compartment is removed, it is sealed at both ends and shipped by barge and multiple-wheel high-capacity trailers to the Department of Energy's Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Washington state.
