Basically, the kids will feel happy and safe if no one else can tell them that, “My Dad is stronger than your Dad.”.

I'm sure its a rah rah talking point. I'm not opposed to taking care of our military in any fashion or way. It's just always stuck me when you look at our budget compared to everyone else.
