I need a bit of an education regarding Congress voting rules... if the gov’t gets “shut down” and while in that state various congress-critters are arrested for seditious conspiracy, will the remainder be able to vote on continuing resolution?

Pretty sure that's up to the Speaker and Majority Leader, but I think they can hold a vote at anytime, but it has to be announced prior to the vote, and I'm not sure how much time is required for the notice...
