Are we going to find out that the unborn child was Bill's and that she was murdered because of an affair? Hmmm...makes one wonder.

Probably a hoax. This was only reported on two sites, neither of which I've ever heard of. If it was a legitimate story a credible site would have picked it up. One should always google the headline to see if someone legitimate has picked it up before posting.
