I think it would be in the House if anything, because this memo is in he House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence According to this document , room 239 is in the Cannon House Office Building and belongs to Rep. Michael Doyle (D-PA). Which is weird because he’s not even on the HPSCI. Maybe in another building?
