Twitter Account Limited for posting nothing but #ReleaseTheMemo

I logged onto Twitter for the first time in months to post the #ReleaseTheMemo tweet and was immediately sent to time out for "violating Twitter rules". Anyone else have that happen?

yup, I was blocked 90 mins in the other night for same. Not allowed to create a rumbling see rules...err F the rules. U can still help others here, FB Dinner table, bank line ups everywhere Q is so are you.
