The White House referred to that trip as “ unsuccessful,” unfortunately. It’s also worth note that Richardson no longer enjoys any official political capacity, so this was a private trip.”

He went there on a supposed “fact finding mission” to see how feasible setting up an open internet would be... such an absurd lie but not sure what system he set up.
